QIDAN has provided a submission to the Queensland Government’s consultation on Accessible Courts and Tribunals in response to recommendation 8.11 of the Disability Royal Commission (DRC) final report and in line with Article 13 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The submission outlines practical recommendations to improve accessibility, communication, advocacy support, and accountability within courts and tribunals, helping ensure people with disability can fully participate in legal processes.
