QIDAN Submission to the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 Review

QIDAN plays a vital role in protecting the rights, interests and wellbeing of people with disability, and in addressing discrimination and barriers that limit full participation in the community.

We welcomed the DDA Review’s focus on implementing the recommendations from the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability (DRC)—particularly the 15 recommendations relevant to the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA).
